When can I use it?
LottaLou is in development. Leave your email and we will write to you when there is a build worth trying — that message is the only thing the list is used for.
Which phones?
iPhone and Android, from the first release.
Is my recording sent somewhere to be transcribed?
Yes — turning speech into text needs a speech-to-text service, and we use one that processes on EU infrastructure. It receives the audio and returns the text. The privacy policy names it and says exactly what it gets.
Does AI rewrite what I said?
Lightly. Every entry gets a suggested title and a pass that takes out the ums and the false starts. Your words stay your words, and the original transcript is always kept and always readable.
What will it cost?
There will be a free tier that is genuinely usable and a paid one for more recording time, more journals and more people. Pricing is not final, so we are not going to print a number we will have to change.
Can I get my entries out?
Yes. You can export a journal as a printable photo book, and you can ask us for a copy of your data at any time.
